Integration: Core Skills & Techniques

Delivered live via Microsoft Teams, this focused workshop is perfect for any BU student preparing for integration-based mock exams, coursework or research projects. Whether you need a rapid refresher or want to deepen your understanding, our interactive two-hour session will boost your confidence and fluency in integral calculus fundamentals.

This workshop will aim to cover the following areas of Integration:
1 Introduction to Integration
2 Power Rule for Integration
3 Indefinite Integrals
4 Definite Integrals
5 Area Under a Curve
6 Standard Integrals (e.g. sin x, cos x, e^x, ln x)
7 Reversing the Chain Rule
8 Integration by Substitution
9 Integration by Parts
