Maths: Functional Skills (Non-calculator) - Lansdowne Campus In-Person
This workshop is designed for ALL students and supports the development of essential mental and written calculation strategies for the non-calculator section of Functional Skills Maths. It covers key areas such as whole number operations, fractions, decimals, percentages, ratios, unit conversions, and problem-solving skills. You will also practise solving multistep problems involving approximation, estimation, and interpreting real-life numerical information—all without the use of a calculator.
