DESCRIPTION:This workshop programme\, delivered online through Microsoft 
 Teams\, is perfect for students at all levels of study who are (or are 
 about to) undertaking a quantitative research project in the university. 
 Whether you're completely new to statistics or looking to deepen your 
 understanding\, this hands-on online workshop series will help you 
 confidently analyse your research data.\n\nPerfect for Beginner/  
 intermediate level.\n\nThese workshops guide researchers through developing 
 a methodology and hypotheses\, generating descriptive statistics\, 
 conducting hypothesis testing\, and checking assumptions. You'll also learn 
 how to perform a variety of statistical analyses using SPSS & JASP\, with 
 skills that can easily be applied to other tools. Additionally\, we provide 
 guidance on writing your results in APA format and incorporating effective 
 tables and charts into your research project.\n\nNo prior knowledge of 
 quantitative statistics is required. My goal is to make statistics 
 logical\, simple\, and accessible for all researchers at BU\, regardless of

SUMMARY:Quantitative Research Skills: Data Analysis and Statistical Techniques - Online (Thursday Group)
DESCRIPTION:This workshop programme\, delivered online through Microsoft 
 Teams\, is perfect for students at all levels of study who are (or are 
 about to) undertaking a quantitative research project in the university. 
 Whether you're completely new to statistics or looking to deepen your 
 understanding\, this hands-on online workshop series will help you 
 confidently analyse your research data.\n\nPerfect for Beginner/  
 intermediate level.\n\nThese workshops guide researchers through developing 
 a methodology and hypotheses\, generating descriptive statistics\, 
 conducting hypothesis testing\, and checking assumptions. You'll also learn 
 how to perform a variety of statistical analyses using SPSS & JASP\, with 
 skills that can easily be applied to other tools. Additionally\, we provide 
 guidance on writing your results in APA format and incorporating effective 
 tables and charts into your research project.\n\nNo prior knowledge of 
 quantitative statistics is required. My goal is to make statistics 
 logical\, simple\, and accessible for all researchers at BU\, regardless of 
 your previous experience. After each session\, you'll have access to 
 comprehensive class notes\, transcripts of class\, sample data and 
 PowerPoint presentations to support your learning. Plus\, you're welcome to 
 book a one-on-one consultation with me to discuss the specifics of your own 
 research.\n\nThe sessions will commence on Thursday 5th February from 10 am 
 to 12 pm\, and will recur every Thursday for 8 weeks through this semester 
 (You do not have to attend all sessions).\n\n \n\nThis semester's

 Introduction to ANOVA analysis (Thursday 5th March 10am)\n\n6 Introduction 
 to Correlation and Regression analysis (Thursday 12th March 10am)\n\n7 
 Nonparametric Testing part A (Thursday 19th March 10am)\n\n8 Nonparametric
